Very easy to pick and order.
11 am put an order in for 4 hour delivery for a smile face mug flower arrangement.
At 1pm I contacted to check on status via email and reply stated delivery setup with local florist made and I would be advised when delivered. Website status had delivery scheduled status as well.
At 2:15pm, 45 minutes away from the 4 hour window I called to check and was told the local florist did not carry my requested arrangement (what?) and I can change and change delivery for next day.
WHAT A JOKE.

I was very pleased with the selection and actually had a hard tie choosing. On delivery it was a different bouquet than I picked but still very pretty. Loved the fact you had cute bears.

This is not what I paid for. There were barely any flowers and it didn't even include lilies like it was supposed to. The delivery was perfectly on time but that was the only positive. It was a waste of money and I will never buy from this company again.
