Website very easy to use prices very reasonable. I had the recipients sent me a photo of the flowers they received. They looked nothing like the bouquet in the photo. I purposely bought this because there was so much pink in it. The flowers that were sent were mainly white daisies with a few small pink flowers and some other dark rose colored. Nothing like the baby girl bouquet I purchased. I purchased the premium one and it looked like less than the basic. Very disappointed in the out come. I called customer service and was offered a 15% discount and a $20 credit toward future purchases but why would I purchase from you again. This was for my first grandchild that I couldn't be there for. Very disappointed

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
