The flowers were stunning, delivery time was fast but i paid $150 Canadian and just found that to be high.
My daughter loved them. The only issue I had was that she received them after 6:00 p.m. She had left for her bday dinner party before the flowers arrived. Luckily, no one stole the flowers which were left at her front door. It was a nice surprise when she got home from dinner. I had opted not to do the morning delivery because she was running errands in the morning. Just wished they would've gotten to her earlier so she could enjoy them throughout the day. Bummer. I probably won't ever use this service again.
The flowers were left outside the house on the ground. They did not make an attempt to reach anyone inside.

The flower prices are ridiculous! Flowers grow anywhere even here in our small wet cold country and an order like this costs half the price you charge. The price you charge is worth a shopping cart filled with fresh groceries here in the Netherlands. WOW!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
