The vases were cheap. They were to be delivered with Red Vases, that is why I picked that particular item. I'm very disappointed.
Discounts are misleading
Ordered the premium lily arrangement. Lollies and some of the other flora look wilted.
It was difficult to apply a discount. I re- entered the order several times, wanting the regular bouquet.
The fourth and last time, the price INCREASED by $9. I was really angry. And when I called customer service, they wanted me to repeat ALL the order info. This is not good.
Wish it had been here earlier, but I didn't pay for early delivery. I thought bouquet could've been a little fuller but it was pretty.

The picture of the centerpiece looked full and had 2 candles. The one that my mom received looked very puny and only had one candle. I wished I could change it. Not satisfied.

Ordered 2 upgrades of fresh flowers that was to look like a Christmas Tree. Sent to my mom for Birthday and Christmas. You would not of believed it unless I saw it. Plastic - cheep plastic. Called and complained sent out a 2nd time - still looked nothing like what was ordered but at least it had a few real flowers- called to complain they stated that they could not make me happy - I agreed so I canceled the 2nd order to mother in law and at least they gave me 50% refund.
The ordering was easy. I can do more after it is delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
