I received notification that the flowers were delivered on 12/20, as per my order. However, the order was NOT delivered on 12/20, it was delivered today 12/21.
I ordered a bonsai tree as a thank you gift for my sister. It arrived already looking withered, she followed all of the care instructions but within a week it had died. She called this company and was promised a replacement tree that never arrived. Over an hour on the phone and the best they could do was giving me a $12 credit. SERIOUSLY!?!? The photo of the dead bonsai tree would not upload. I would say move on to a better flower site.

There was a problem with delivery that happened as the house sits far back from the main road, but ultimately the delivery driver called the recipient and the gorgeous centerpiece was still delivered the same day.

Disappointed with the substitution on the pot for the flowers, so disproportional to the size of the flowering plant, and not as elegant as pictured in my purchase. The flower plant itself was beautiful.

I wasn't expecting a double delivery fee for 2 items going to the same address at the same. I have requested that funeral flowers be delivered the day before. They did not arrive until after the visitation had already begun the next day. I had called From You Flowers and they were very helpful getting a hold of the florist. Thank You, From You Flowers. You saved the day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
