Shipping and handling charges are too high. Also the gift tags should be placed in a more noticeable location and the tags should be larger

This was for my daughter and I wanted it to be very nice. Your picture on your website is very deceiving, especially when I upgraded. I am very displeased and disappointed. This was for your Family Christmas table that she was having very important guest.
Your prices are very misleading. When I choose a $35 arrangement that doesn't mention a $15 'handling fee' it's disappointing at checkout to be charged over $50.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
