This basket wasn't what I was hoping to get as it was called "deluxe", but it was very small and simple. Nothing close to the picture advertised on the site. I realize this company relies on a local flower shop to cater to their customers. But I was hoping for something just a bit nicer for 30 dollars. I did get a message from them and got 20% percent off, which was nice of them. But I will most likely not order in the future, thank you for your attention.

The pictures on the website should say if it is regular or deluxe versions of the arrangements. Shouldn't be showing the flowers in the highest priced arrangement without specifying that.
What I ordered in comparison to photo was not close. It was supposed to be a Christmas tree made of boxwood; instead it was made with some type of pine. Smaller and didn't look nearly as nice. Disappointed.
