I was VERY disappointed because the arrangement did not include any red roses as listed. Also the beautiful bright red candle with white snowflakes ( as shown in the photo) was replaced with a plain brown lantern. Since the arrangement was titled "Holiday Snowflake Centerpiece," I expected the centerpiece to definitely arrive with the candle shown.
The order just arrived about 8:45 pm but I know that today was a busy day for delivery personnel.
Since this item was not delivered directly to me, I am unable to attest to the quality of the product that was delivered and therefore cannot give any higher ratings. I have not received any feedback from the recipient.

Ordering was easy. BUT... The item received was different from the one pictured. The picture showed Sunflowers which is the whole reason I bought it and when it arrived at the destinations, there were not any!

I am disappointed again with this Christmas arrangement for my parents. It looks nothing like the picture on website. It doesn't even have the Christmas tree shape it is supposed to have.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
