I need to make sure that the delivery happens,
I placed the order early in the morning for same day delivery and the flowers did not get delivered until after 7pm
Flower arrangement looked nothing like the photo. Just a bunch of pine stuffed in a red vase with some pine cones and red things. It took no talent to do this arrangement. Very unsatisfied with this arrangement.
You gave a discount just to add a fee? What was $49 is now $68... placed my order but next time I will maybe go with a place that the price is the price and not a bait in switch.

My niece was very happy with the flowers! She sent me a picture and they were very beautiful! I'm very satisfied with your work I was just disappointed that the site wasn't up front about tacking on the handling charge. This is not something I do a lot so I had no clue. I had a certain amount to spend and was going to send the edible bouquet but way too pricey. Then I came across your site and saw the most wonderful flowers for reasonable prices and was overjoyed! I thought oh wow I can do this, it's convenient and the price was perfect! Then I get to the checkout and my $35 becomes $50 something. I felt deceived! So many places wave shipping at Christmas that it was a shocker! Once again I do appreciate the beauty of your product but I wish businesses would be more up front with all prices. Thank you!
I ordered two items at the same time to be sent to the same address. I did not appreciate two service/handling fees being charged.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
