Flowers came on time, and looked as we expected. Price was fair. My only complaint is that you have to wait till you check out to find out about the delivery charge. I feel that you should have been more upfront with the cost at the beginning so a person knows in advance what the cost would be, before ordering.
I think the product price was too high, and my order wasn't delivered when I had requested, so the delivery fee should have been waived.

After my parents received the flowers I asked them to send me a picture. I am ver unhappy with the way they looked. The bouquet was mostly green with very little flowers, no pine cones and areas with no flowers at all. This was supposed to be a Christmas bouquet. Not very festive! I did contact customer support and the credited me 20% and gave me a $10.00 gift certificate, but that does no good for this experience. Really hope this is just a one time

Handling charges are ridiculously high!
The price of the flowers is different than it shows on the page by about $10.00 plus I don't see where the discount comes in. I did not know shipping was going to be almost as much as the flowers.
