I sent 3 orders of the same arrangement to my family in different cities, all but 1 wasreally close to the picture, the one in naperville didn't have as many flowers and very few of the ornaments, but it was still pretty, it just looked sparse compare to the other 2. Thank you Karen Edwards
The only reason my arrangement was delivered is because I had to call multiple times and argue with your staff as I was told my arrangement would not be delivered on time. After being hung up on by Brian a supervisor I had to call again. My arrangement made it to the funeral while the family was there. I will NEVER use this company again for anything and I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau!
I'm always impressed with the selection of gift ideas. On one of my recent orders, a substitute piece was sent due to lack of availability of the item I ordered. It was lovely but didn't quite have the youthful quality of my original selection, which was a bit disappointing as this was a gift for my young niece. However it's very festive for the Christmas dinner table.
Lots of choices and savings available. The order was delivered on time with no problems. It's hard to rate the product since it was delivered out of state and I did not personally see it, but the receipiant said it was great.
