The recipient DID NOT recieve what I ordered. It was instead, a puny little poinsettia, that I could paid a fraction of the price for in any store. I ordered a plant with several varieties of green small plants tucked into a pot, and she didn't get this. Very disappointed, will not be buying from you again.
The flowers were a birthday surprise for my 83 year old cousin she said "the flowers were beautiful". Also, thank you for delivering the flowers as requested on her birthday. I am very pleased with the service.

I was worried after all the reviews that are bad, but my son received everything by 4pm he same day, and everything was exactly how I wanted it to be, Im very happy about that, Im in NM and sent it to FL, so the florist that delivered to my son was amazing! He was so excited!.
The only thing that was bad is I got an email saying if I finished checking out Id get the 14.99 fee taken off, while checking out it had that fee crossed out and said my total was 60something. After I hit confirm, my paypal account said I was charged 74+ and that the 14.99 fee was charged. That seems kind of sketchy, when I called to ask they just told me theyd investigate that email, and that there will always be a 14.99 charge and it would never have been free.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
