I ordered a special Christmas Tree arrangement for my sister to honor her daughter who passed away 9 years ago. I placed the order at 6a from South Carolina, and she had the arrangement by 11a same day in Cleveland. Wonderful timing...the arrangement was just what I was hoping for and it meant so much to her. Thank you for helping to make this Christmas season a little brighter for those who grieve.
I sent a e-mail about the bad part some one got right back to me. Then I got a e-mail stating the part was back ordered. Someone was keeping me up dated each day. It took about a week but I got the part be for xmas.

You guys should give the full amount somebody has to pay I put 51 dollars on a gift card expecting to buy the premium package and it was around 60 dollars so I tried for the delux package and and it was 57 dollars so I had to resort to the regular package on top of that my order was messed up 3 times and I was told I would be given a refund and have not received it
The flowers my client received were not as bountiful as the photo. The vase was completely different. The delivery guy smelled like cigarettes. Not impressed

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
