A lot of bate a switch with discounts but them the prices go up to cover the the discount. Then you can't use any points you have built up with any other offer. Very disappointing. But when you live in a very rural area you are at the mercy of the vendors.

All the flower options are beautiful but the flowers that were sent are not the ones I ordered. In the boque I ordered 2 flowers are dying and it looks NOTHING like the ones I ordered! I am very upset, plus I requested a Christmas card and they gave me a regular flower one.

The delivery charge should be included before you reach the payment page. Having to remove the item & start all over again is a bit annoying and quite a time waster.

I received notification that the order had arrived but it actually didn't come for another four hours.
I ordered a Teleflora design as a hostess gift and the item received was not even somewhat close to the photo. I have never been so disappointed with a flower delivery. My design had a beautiful modeled square glass vase with twigs and berries painted on it and had 5 red roses, 5 red mini roses, 3 white button mums, 3 ornament bulbs, 2 berry stems greens and a twig. The hostess received an arrangement in what looked like an old square glass jar in which you could see the green floral foam. It had four white roses, 2 pieces of white status and greens.
I've used you before and all that did rec'd were at awe of the freshness and the allure of color. Thank you for helping me make them happy!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
