Shopping experience quite easy. The price wasn't terrible but the flowers were very small and not very pretty. I guess I should never have picked the "florist pick" The flowers were for a funeral and that was clearly noted. They were a few red carnations and two or three white roses. Very small arrangement, not very pretty and I was quite frankly embarrassed when I saw them. I shall in the future contact my own florist and for out of town flowers stick with an arrangement that I see. I have called local florists in the past and let them design and select the flowers with success. I have no idea which florist was used, but never again.

It only took a couple of clicks to complete my order. The flowers were delivered at 7:20am in a cracked vase. The flowers had to be transferred to another vase.

A lot of bate a switch with discounts but them the prices go up to cover the the discount. Then you can't use any points you have built up with any other offer. Very disappointing. But when you live in a very rural area you are at the mercy of the vendors.

All the flower options are beautiful but the flowers that were sent are not the ones I ordered. In the boque I ordered 2 flowers are dying and it looks NOTHING like the ones I ordered! I am very upset, plus I requested a Christmas card and they gave me a regular flower one.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
