Please inform customers of the shipping and handling charges before selection. I found the charges more than made up for the price of the selected item and I would have reconsidered the purchase.

It depends. I found it difficult trying to bounce back and forth. The way you list your prices is kind of deceiving when you get to checkout. Im a give it to me straight kind of shopper. I am hoping the arrangement is not disappointing when it reaches NY.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
