Flowers were sent out of town, so I did not get to see them. Delivery was supposed to be before Christmas, but got a message the day before that they could not deliver until after. Ugh. My other Aunt was out of available items and over a week after Christmas.

This order was not delivered at the time that was agreed on when I put in the order. If i had known that at the time I would of ordered somewhere else. By the time i was notified of the change of time it was too late to order elsewhere. I did have the choice to cancel but I had a very sick friend who had a Birthday and I wanted the flowers sent even if they would be after her Birthday.
I was given a little discount and the flowers were very nice. As the saying goes "Better late then never"
Was charged a rush charge to meet a date even though there was a week until the flowers needed to be delivered. Got a sorry we're not going to meet your date- disappointing but I thought with the holiday my recipient would understand. End of day two days after the arrangement was to be delivered - another email sorry we're not going to make your delivery date ( for the second time) - We'll try again tomorrow. Then when I was issued a refund, it was for 8.00 less. Don't waste your time or money
A substitution for the base of the flower arrangement was used to complete one of my orders. It was still received early and was liked very much by the recepient. However, I was disappointed that the item had to be substitued. The second order was received early as well and was closer to the actual picture that I had ordered from on line. It was very lovely.

It may not seem like much, but it was VERY important to me that this order be delivered on the day is was promised, and for which I paid extra! A lot was ruined because of the late delivery and I'm very dismayed.

The arrangement was beautiful but I had requested it be delivered on 12/24 and it was delivered on 12/21 so that by Christmas, it was beginning to wilt.
I was surprised by the $14.99 Service Fee which only appeared on the last screen. Had I realized this, I would have chosen a more budget friendly bouquet or flower service. I did not want to go back and do it all again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
