Dont waste your time and money, they can't handle your order and you will spend more time with emails and calling to get it corrected. Customer service is a joke if you can call it service at all. This is a site you send someone to whom you hate to get even. Flowers got delivered on 26th and not as ordered. I had placed over 13 orders an excess of 1k what a waste. Don't let them screw up you event or holiday not worth you time.
Would be nice to know about delivery charges up front
The arrangement delivered did not resemble the one I ordered. It was suppose to look like a Christmas tree.
Flowers are nice but the arrangement looks like it fell over or was not done correctly. The recipient had no idea it was a tree.
I probably will not order online again.
Its great to see the prices of everything and the sizes as well. What came as a complete shock and almost made me cancel my order was the $15 shipping for each bouquet. I may even be fine with that cost, but I didn't find out about it until the very last page of the checkout. How dare you try and hide a $45 cost while I'm shopping. I may make different choices if I were to know that shipping would be so very expensive on an expensive gift. But I might keep my order. Either way its about not finding out until the last minute that you are going to attach a $15 charge to every bouquet. That's the problem. Tell me ahead of time, at the beginning, and then it's my choice to continue (which I did). But try and back door a charge at the end of a purchase makes people feel cheated and that the company is dishonest. Tell us up front and trust that you have the best product at the best price and we'll pay it anyway.

It was quick and easy. Unfortunately they were unable to deliver when promised. I know it was Christmas Eve but if you can't deliver don't advertise saying you can. I would have tried someone else because I really needed them for that day. At least I got a 10% discount for the inconvenience and disappointment.

The shipping/handling was expensive. Even after putting in the zip code, I was called and informed that the person in the area did NOT do the bundle I purchased. After an agent aggressively tried to upsell me to a different package, I asked for a full refund. I was put on hold for several minutes and the agent managed to get me a "discount" for a similar package w/ no additional charges.
I wouldn't purchase from here again.

Easy shopping. Site responds quickly. Varied gift choices. Ordered two different presents, delivered in two different states, not knowing the flower shops that would make them. Both of my recipients absolutely LOVED their gifts!
I upgraded the arrangement and was slightly disappointed that it was not larger than it was. I did not like the fact that I gave a contact number and the recipient was not contacted. When no one was at the home, they just left the arrangement on the door step. There have been constant news articles stating how bad the theft has been with individuals stealing packages, etc. Fortunately this did not take place, but this was not the type of service I expected.
Had an issue getting past the password screen, but finally made it.

My gift recipient did not receive the arrangement that I had chosen and ordered a week in advance. The florist substituted something else and notified me afterwards. I was not given a choice of accepting the substitution or canceling the order. Very disappointed. The good news is the order was delivered before noon on Christmas eve and my daughter in law seemed pleased with the arrangement.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
