Was an overall positive experience. When I saw the arrangement in person I was a bit disappointed. Not much decoration at the top of the piece. The roses were a bit brown...obviously not too fresh. It looked nice, and the people I sent it to liked it. I didn't think it was worth the $80+ price tag.
Not one arrangement looked like anything i had ordered. I saw 3 or the 4 I ordered, they were nice but not the quality i expected nor did they look like anything close to the picture.
Everything was easy. Low Prices! I checked a different website didn't have the Delivery date I wanted. So I was Very happy and so was my Wife!

I placed two orders one to be delivered on the 22 and it wasn't delivered on the 23 and just left on the step. I didn't receive a phone call or ee-mail either. The second order was to be delivered on the 26 and that wasn't delivered. I haven't had a chance to check with the birthday girl if her flowers were delivered today, Thursday. But I'm very disappointed with the service for what I paid.
Ask me after delivery, please send me a photo of what you sent to the institution I gave this direct gift to...so I can rate this.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
