Well there were 3 issues I had - the price shown that I expected to pay increased by almost$20 by checkout, the flowers were later then expected and missed the event by almost 4 - 5 days even though was ordered as same day/next day delivery, the arrangement I ordered were unavailable and flowers delivered looked wilted and droopy and already in full bloom! Need I say more?!

I ordered flowers on Christmas Day, but continued to have problems with your website not accepting my card. I spoke with a representative and she said it was my card. So, I called my credit card company, they were at work on Christmas, and they assured me it wasn't my card. So, I tried your website again today and it worked. Hopefully, the flowers will get to the viewing service on time. The flowers are for a funeral.
Since I chose the premium package, I thought I was getting a larger flower arrangement than what was delivered. Even if they had used some greenery to make it appear larger, I would have felt better.
Never again will I pay that much money again for something sight unseen. I will purchase my flower arrangements in person from now on.
I've always ordered from FTD or Teleflora... I will be interested in seeing how your company compares! I didn't realize that your orders come through UPS... understood that deliveries would be made from florists. Apologies for any wrong interpretations of mine!

I ordered same day delivery flowers and 29 hours later they were delivered. Beautiful by the way. Don't advertise what you can't follow through with. I should have just stopped by a florist on my own.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
