I placed this order with another site and they, at the very end, added a 100% shipping charge. Your reasonable shipping/handling charge is why I processed this order with you. I would be a whole lot more likely to recommend you and use you again if you could find a way to let the customer know what the final charge will be before putting in all of the payment information. It just frustrates the customers when you have to put in a lot of time inputting data and then find out that the delivery charge might be unacceptable. Just sayin'

It was sent as a surprised gift flower for my dad at the hospital in Cape Coral, FL and have no idea if it had been delivered to him at Room 325. Wished there was a way I knew it was delivered as a surprised gift.

Charlie's (Winthrop, MN) does a fantastic job for me when ordering flowers for Mom...so many THANKS. I do wish that the florist used in my home town area, Temple, be identified so that I NEVER use them - see order canceled because they couldn't deliver on time.

I was shocked at how small the 2 succulent gardens I ordered were! For that amount of money, I at least expected it to be bigger and not with such cheap succulents either. Very disappointed. It was maybe worth $5 at the most.

Quick and easy! But I am a little disappointed in the flowers that were delivered. They were jam packed with greenery filler which is not pictured. I was hoping for lots of color like the pictures. Although I know the flowers will not be exactly what is pictured I felt like it didn't have as much flower as it should have.
