Received too early on Dec 27th. Wanted them for the wedding on Dec 31st. Asked for delivery date to be Dec 30. Received 3 days too early and already flowers are falling off. Wedding is tomorrow. Very disappointed want my money back.

Thought I was FINALLY getting a good deal. $65 all in for flowers sounded great, especially for the so-called 'large' bouquet. When they arrived, there weren't more than a dozen flowers, no more than 14' tall. This was an anniversary gift and looks cheap.

I ordered flowers for family to be delivered the Friday before Christmas. They were delivered the Friday after Christmas. When they weren't delivered by Christmas, I tried to move up the date you had for delivery, but there was no response and no change in delivery. Something went very wrong. If it was my initial error that's my bad, but you were not responsive in my attempt to fix the problem of late delivery.
I was disappointed in the number of flowers in the bouquet especially when I upgraded it.
My flowers were not delivered same day as promised, even though it says they gaurentee same day delivery. I got an email saying they would refund any same day delivery charge but that fee was only $2.99 yet they charge you a $14.99 fee for 'service/fee.' The flowers I chose online and the flowers delivered were not the same. They were similar but the arrangement online looked a lot nicer. This was my first time ordering flowers online and I would not go through this service again.

I received an email with a credit for $12, but was not able to enter the code for the credit. Instead, another code was prepopulated. Not happy about being offered something and then not able to use it.
The (sympathy) fruit basket was left of the porch of the recipient. These were perishable items, which are also attractive to ants and other insects. Unacceptable!
The presentation did not meet my expectations. Instead of a bow, the basket was tied with curling ribbon, which is used on balloon bouquets. Very disappointed!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
