Order was placed with a delivery date of 12/30. Flowers were delivered a day early and to house we were renting for the week. Flowers were left next to out going garbage. Fortunately, my brother-in-law arrived early and retrieved the flowers.
Great variety of flowers and arrangements! I ordered a bouquet for our dear friend's birthday and she was delighted with it.
Would prefer to rate after product is delivered and quality of product

Everytime I place an order, the recipient is always satisfied w/ the gift! The order was changed but the end result was great!
Almost immediately after submitting my order, I sent an email to try and replace some of the purple flowers with yellow ones. The reply was that it would happen, but it didn't. Not totally unsatisfied with the result as the flowers were still pretty and mostly purple, but would've liked that to happen. Otherwise, all was good! The recipient was happy.
It was ok. The site is hard to put in promo codes.
The plant was very nice and the container it was it was better than expected. One of the names on the card was misspelled which was unfortunate

Our friends loved the arrangement but I paid extra to have the flowers delivered on Saturday, Dec 22nd and they were not delivered until Dec 24th.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
