Cost of product misleading. Listed as $39.99, with a 20% discount, but there really was no discount. The additional delivery and service charges were not shown until my credit card information was entered.
Beautiful flowers, recipient very happy.
However when prices are quoted at ordering they never included a surprise surcharge of about $15 which is only tagged along at the end.

Did NOT get Stargazer Lilies as pictured, and that is specifically why I purchased this arrangement; it was to honor my daughter, who passed on 7/4/18 - those were her favorite flowers. They did not bloom until AFTER Christmas (and her family had returned to Colorado...). Not happy.

Easy to order. Many choices. However, when I saw arrangement (Christmas tree shape with roses and trim) I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Only one half was decorated! The whole back half was bare! I would have been disappointed even if I got the basic level, but I paid more to get a nicer one since it was a table centerpiece. Made me ill.
Wow! What a quick turn around same day delivery. Placed order 10 mins past noon and it arrived before 1:30. Thank you very much!
