I chose a same day delivery arrangement but when I went to checkout it said that next day was only option available. So imagine my surprise when I went to visit my SIL in the hospital and they had already been delivered. Arrangement was very pretty but I thought for the money it was a small arrangement. Thought delivery fee of $15 was high for the hospital.

I ordered the beary pink for you bouquet for my mother in-law, but i was never given confirmation if she received it or not.
I ordered the premium arrangement (was given the option of regular, deluxe and premium) and in picture that was sent to me by the recipient, it does not appear like I got my money's worth. Very disappointed...
I would suggest that when you send this customer review, that you wait a couple days AFTER delivery, and not the same day! There are times when the person receiving the flowers are in a distant state, and may not be available to confirm the delivery, and the quality!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
