The $15 charge at the very end was a surprise. It would be more honest to state a handling charge up front.

When I started the online order presented with lower prices & ended spending more than expected. Opening is somewhat misleading to actual cost.
Tobe honest with you I never see the flowers I just ordered them and got a email when it was delivered, but I personally never seen the order which is OK, I'm just hoping it is nice.
I paid for the middle size and it is small and wilted. I am not happy at all with the price and delivery time and the flowers are not firm. To my displeasure with the local florist they should reimburse us both.

I chose a same day delivery arrangement but when I went to checkout it said that next day was only option available. So imagine my surprise when I went to visit my SIL in the hospital and they had already been delivered. Arrangement was very pretty but I thought for the money it was a small arrangement. Thought delivery fee of $15 was high for the hospital.

I ordered the beary pink for you bouquet for my mother in-law, but i was never given confirmation if she received it or not.
I ordered the premium arrangement (was given the option of regular, deluxe and premium) and in picture that was sent to me by the recipient, it does not appear like I got my money's worth. Very disappointed...
I would suggest that when you send this customer review, that you wait a couple days AFTER delivery, and not the same day! There are times when the person receiving the flowers are in a distant state, and may not be available to confirm the delivery, and the quality!
So easy, nice variety of arrangements to choose from. I didn't personally see the delivered arrangement but the recipient said it was lovely.
