Bought a dish garden as a birthday gift - arrived ON TIME! And in very good condition.
I chose a to me from me gift! I selected designers choice -that way I don't know what I'm going to get. I received a very nice arrangement with a couple roses and other longer lasting flowers. It is still fresh looking after several days which is a bonus.
I was disappointed that the arrangement really didn't look like the picture. The orchids were the main flower and the arrangement had a couple with a lot of filler. I paid for the mid level arrangement and was disappointed.

I sent flowers to my daughter-in-law in Orlando, Florida because her grandmother passed away. I was very happy to see that the flower arrangement she received was as nice as the picture that I chose from. It is good to know there is a flower delivery service I can rely on when I can't chose the actual arrangement myself
Only problem for me was the $12 or so service fee tacked on on the checkout page, but not disclosed earlier. Disappointing.
Web freezes and needs tweaking with navigation
Delivery driver said he made an attempt to delivery and could not around 3ish? It was at a hospital address and room number were included. So why did it have it have to be delivered the next day at the recipient's home.
Starts off with decent prices but they find ways to slide in a lot small fees to jack the price up.

It was nice to get rid of the delivery fee; I would not pay for that much of a markup. I had to start an order and then abandon it b/c the delivery fee was too high. Next day I get an email offering free delivery; I took the offer but was not happy.
I hope it the future you will advertise with more transparency - eg., price PLUS delivery or indicate in the ad that delivery fees will be ADDED. I love to send people flowers, but with so many choices, your firm should advertise with complete clarity so that customers like me don't become irritated and feel tricked at check out time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
