It was nice to get rid of the delivery fee; I would not pay for that much of a markup. I had to start an order and then abandon it b/c the delivery fee was too high. Next day I get an email offering free delivery; I took the offer but was not happy.
I hope it the future you will advertise with more transparency - eg., price PLUS delivery or indicate in the ad that delivery fees will be ADDED. I love to send people flowers, but with so many choices, your firm should advertise with complete clarity so that customers like me don't become irritated and feel tricked at check out time.

My arrangement did not arrive until four days after the requested delivery day. When I called after two days to find out what was going on, I was told that the supplier had "too many deliveries to make." I appreciate the consumer demands of the season, but if the website says order can be delivered on a certain day, that is what I expect -- or at least a timely communication from you explaining that delivery has been delayed but that you are working on it. I was surprised by the inept response I got AFTER I had to track down what had happened and if my sister was going to receive the arrangement at all!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
