Beautiful flowers and easy to navigate
The flowers delivered were similar to what was depicted, but there was more red in the actual bouquet not as much pink...I wanted more pink...Moms favorite color. Overall nice experience.

Great, first time use. But the "yellow" roses were delivered orange...and the tea cup was a mug with a smiley face on it which was not what I ordered based on the picture.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
