Selections were great - didn't know about a $15 service fee which is rather exorbitant until the end of the billing. Not sure I will be willing to pay that in the future. Either the $15 service fee was not on the main pages, or I missed it but was quite surprised to see that amount tagged at the end. Procrastinator that I am, I did go ahead with the order, but wish I had known prior to check out - wouldn't have added the balloons!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
