The flowers were nice, but the arrangement was not nearly close in size to what was pictured in the ad. Misleading.

Great! My flowers were on time. Yes they had to make substitutions but when its a same day order you will see that alot.These florist cant make the flowers you want magically appear. Yes they have flowers on hand but they have funerals and other orders that were placed in advance. Some florist have greenhouses but 99% of the time they order from wholesales. Yes i worked in floral wholesales. But im here to tell ya...these substitutes were even better than the original flowers i picked! Very impressed!

Received the order less than two hours after it was placed. Picked the premium package of roses but more roses wasn't added. There was more flowers added but they were not roses. The $25 bear was a bar that could be purchased for less than $10 at any store. If you need flowers in a hurry then this service is great just don't upgrade or buy the extras.
Very quick, from start to delivery!
The service/ handling fees are way too much however, I needed It delivered today. My SIL sent me a picture of the bouquet that she received... it was not what I was told she would get. We even upgraded it to deluxe and deluxe is not what she got, she got a sorry looking very small bunch of flowers. I have Pictures but of course I cannot post them. Very unhappy and angry

The flowers were for someone else, I have not seen them but was told they were nice/pretty. If they are happy with them, I am happy. The shopping was easy and delivered when promised.
