I Ordered designers choice and expected designed flower what arrived was 12 red roses the florist is trying to get rid of after Valentines I believe. If I wanted roses I would have ordered roses. I read I was ordering a one
of a kind of seasonal flowers that will be designed. Had stinking babies breath it them. What good florist uses babies breath. That is so 1980's! Highly upset.

I could easily find the product I was searching for, in this case I was looking for plants and especially for succulents.
A lot of people don't like flowers for sympathy because they die and instead a plant is a great remembrance. In this case my sisters family likes succulents.

Thought I would receive free shipping surprised by the additional 15.00 charge - applied for the rebate but had to leave credit card number. As a victim of identity theft - I only use Paypal. - feel like I was mislead as to true cost until I checked out. - Also there was no clear method to cancel the order

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
