My credit card was not accepted yesterday because the bank had not updated my address. The customer service personnel were exceptional in helping me.

I paid through Paypal but the $14.99 additional charge didn't show up until I already approved the payment. Also, I was supposed to receive a 20% discount. The flowers I chose were 23.99 plus 2.99 for same day delivery. Once I already processed my payment, I'm then shown that the flowers are 29.99,14.99 for processing or something, then same day and tax for a total of 44.95. A line says I saved $6, but how? My 23.99 flowers bumped up to 29.99 plus all the other charges added. I was ripped off, not given a discount.
Update: The flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered, however, it looked as though the florist tried their best to make it good and even added a teddy bear that I did not order so it almost made up for paying double what I should have and being delivered a day late when I paid for same day.

Third time I ordered using this site. First two times excellent service. The vendors supplied exactly what I wanted. Third time, I get an email saying what I ordered is substituted. If your vendor don't carry the product I ordered why are they a vendor. Then when the substituted order arrives it reeks of cigarettes. We are a non-smoking household. When the new order came the stuffed bear was smaller and the vase was different. Fromyouflowers.com sucks. Matt's Designs in Crabtree Pennsylvania sucks. I will never order again.

By the time all the hidden charges were added into my order it was about twice as expensive as the advertised price. However, the flowers were delivered very quickly and were what I needed for the recipients' loss.

I ordered the Hershey chocolate with the strawberry candies I think the price is outrageous for the size of the product I got miniature bars of Hershey's instead of full Hershey bars for the amount of money that I was charged.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
