Great and affordable also got a deal on free shipping but also struggled with shipping, tracking wasn't very informative at all i mean you pick the day so notifieing me that it's in transit at 9 am but doesn't arrive till 6 is pretty much pointless
Flowers were ugly and not what I ordered

Very convenient to get same-day delivery option, and delivery person was very nice. Bouquet & vase were good-sized, but I felt the price was a little much for what we received. Did not get to select what kind of balloons (other than category, which was birthday).

Price is deceiving because the additional charges are substantial. A bouquet that was originally 29.99 looked like a bouquet that would cost like 10.00. It was quite small! I also did not like the fact that I couldn't schedule the time I wanted it to be deliver, however I did atleast manage to speak to someone about having it deliver before a certain time. Also the note on the flower arrangement looked very crass. It was practically on an index card. I will not be ordering any further arrangements from this website,nor to recommend to anyone.
I was having a good experience until I received notice that the delivery was not executed well. The delivery driver left the vase of flowers on the front porch of the house when no one answered. They were not wrapped, placed in a box or otherwise covered and when they were brought into the house, the arrangement had been impacted and the flowers were bent and less attractive than they should have been. All of the values of (ease of selection, price and selection) are for not if the end product is poorly delivered.
My sincerest disappointment that this didn't go better.
Although my order was substituted because the local vendor did not have the flowers needed, and although the delivery date was postponed due to inclement weather - the experience was a good one. Customer service people were extremely helpful, positive and professional. The recipient was very happy!
