Although my order was substituted because the local vendor did not have the flowers needed, and although the delivery date was postponed due to inclement weather - the experience was a good one. Customer service people were extremely helpful, positive and professional. The recipient was very happy!

Beautiful healthy plant, I was skeptical at first because of the 3 different choices, regular, deluxe, etc. I chose regular and it was actually much bigger than I thought it might be, and the personalized card looked exactly like my hand writing.

So far everything has been great...hopefully they get sent on time.

Easy to order, however flowers were delivered around 4:30 in the afternoon, I ordered the prior evening, wished they would have arrived earlier, but overall good experience, I will purchase again, and maybe ask for an earlier delivery time if possible.
