This was an easy experience. I hope the order matches the picture.
The flowers arrived on time but do not look anything like what was pictured. The photo was short cut flowers neatly arranged in a moson jar. The flowers that were delivered were long stemmed and looked as if someone uncaring gathered a handful and shoved them in the jar. Very disappointed. The flowers were for a dear friends store grand opening and I am embarrassed by what she received
:-) Not a bad price for a last minute need that day order but it didn't seem any cheaper than other sites. My grandmother loved the bouquet though so I am very satisfied with my choice to use fromyouflowers.com!
On the plus side, it's nice to have affordable options which are cost effective, but I did not appreciate the expensive shipping/packaging cost added to my order, which reversed the savings of my option. I had to contact the customer service about something and I had to ask the rep to repeat herself a few times. She answered me in an extremely rude manner. She had a very heavy accent and talked fast. It was difficult to understand her. I will think twice before I use this company again.

I have a quality of service complaint and I wanted to let you know that I saw the arrangement last night at the funeral home and I was embarrassed that the card had my name on it. The arrangement was very small for the money I spent and 3/4 of the lilies were closed, had not open yet. In a couple of days I'm sure they will open but the funeral is today so we missed the intent of sending flowers to beautify the funeral. This may be all on the service provider you use in this area and not necessarily your fault but the consequences are the same as you pick the contractors.
Going forward I will certainly be more selective in how and with whom I spend my money.
