Although the flowers received were nice they were not the ones advertised on the picture and that I paid for. I also paid $10 for a box of chocolate which instead a $5 bag of ghirdelle was delivered and the flavor that you guys chose. The products were not bad, but I would appreciate knowing that what I order was what I would be getting.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
