Flowers were delivered on the wrong day!
Selection great with flowers, but lacking on plants. The containers pictured were nice, but plants delivered in cheap looking baskets. Greatly dissatisfied in overall look.

This is the second time I have ordered flowers for my daughter who lives in another state far away from me. Both times, she was delighted with the arrangements which were beautiful. They arrived at reasonable times of day on the days they were scheduled. An excellent service! I'm sure I will use them again.

What I ordered is not what I received. It looked nothing like the picture. I wish I could include pictures. What I received was ok but not even close.
We were totally stood up by these people. We placed an order at 8AM, chose flowers that specifically said they were available to be delivered today & then paid for the expedited shipping so they would be delivered before noon. NOTHING! No email, no call, not a word from them until we reached out. At 7PM they finally responded saying it would be delivered as soon as possible and they would refund the measly $5 expedited fee for the inconvenience, never mind the fact that this left our mother with nothing for her birthday. Here it is now 9PM and STILL NOTHING! I will NEVER do business with these highly unprofessional people ever again.

Flowers were delivered on time to the funeral home. The were fresh and as beautiful as advertised.
I enjoy the convenience of shopping with your company but there is a florist in this area that you use that does a very poor job and I always fear you will go to them for my order.
The flowers were left on doorstep without a box or bag around it. The flowers only contained 2 yellow roses. The picture showed many yellow roses. I love the idea of including a coupon for Cactus Jack restaurant. Chantal liked the "pail" the flowers were in; her grandaughter can play with it.
My mother was very happy with her gifts. The card got misplaced but that's really not a big problem.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
