Everything was fine until you put the service fee, my problem isnt the service, I understand it, the problem is you leave it for the very end right before placing the order, why not just be upfront about it... your pricing is good even with the service fee so theres no need to hide it, i bet you've lost a lot of business because of it (have actually asked people that have used your site and they didn't continue with their purchase because of it, I almost didn't). Makes people feel like you're trying to rip them off...
However I did like that the picture of the product was comparable to the size that the person received, which is nice, and it was nicely arranged.

"Handling" fees are ridiculous. Just price the flowers accordingly so it doesn't feel like a bait and switch on your customer.

I think the price is terrible. I was looking to order something around $30.00. Obviousely this site makes that impossible. I will never use this service again. I can go to Safeway much cheaper.

My mother's birthday was without flowers the 1st time in 20 years. She has a security cam and the video shows no delivery was attempted. Flowers From You said they would refund my delivery cost but of course they didn't. However that being said. The flowers were beautiful.

The delivery person did an outstanding job. I had the wrong house address on the gift and he called to verify prior to delivery. Great job.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
