Unfortunately the simple arrangement that I really wanted was not available for delivery on the date needed, and I had to choose a substitute. I am not at all happy with what was delivered. The arrangement was put together with substitutions, and arrived looking pretty abused. The recipient was happy, but I will not be buying again.
Everything was easy but the service /handling charge was a surprise. I thought the flower price included making the bouquet if that's what the service/handling charge was for. My recipient was very pleased with the flowers. I just don't like hidden fees. The delivery time seemed reasonable.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
