I requested to please deliver after 3:30 pm, order was left at 10-11 AM in a glass vase in the front door. Also, I selected the deluxe size but honesty it didn't look that different from what the cheaper selection would have been.
Not sure how I rate this service, I will wait to rate once delivery has been made.

Quick and easy. Beautiful arrangements
Very very disappointed with the arrangement. Suppose to be spring flowers. Too much red and too many carnations. Putting in pink lilies does not make it spring. Guessing that you do forget that is so easy for the recipient to send photo of what was sent. Will not be using or recommending your services again! 65 dollars down the drain. Could have asked the recipient to buy a 24 dollar bouquet which would have been nicer and color matched.
