Well not good at all. They were a day late and not in any way a PREMIUM bouquet. It did not represent the European Spring Bouquet I bought. It was similar, I may as well purchased the budget flowers.
I was given 20% back, but that is fair compensation as far as I'm concerned.

I got a comformation that order was delivered but it was not. Finally the driver called and asked were the address was, I told him and order finally got delivered at 7:15 p.m. you should if never sent a confirmation until order was actually delivered. Very upset with the way business confirmation was done. I paid a lot of money and expect to have confirmation when actually delivered.

The online advertised price when I googled, "flower delivery," was $19.99. Then when I clicked on that link to your site, the cheapest order you have was $23.99. After I chose my specifications, I was notified that you can't deliver orders less than $39.99. All in all, I like the options and choices, and I'm fine with price - but I dislike false advertisement, which is what I feel to be a victim of. Now I'll know for next time.
-Update 3/19/2019 5:00PM EST - The order was received at approximately 4:30pm EST. I was nervous the entire day that the surprise birthday order might not be delivered before 5pm, which is when most people leave work. The tracking page had no updates other than: "Your order was placed," and "Your order was delivered." That isn't real-time tracking; I never knew that the order was on it's way or not. Your services have an up-charge to meet a delivery time no later than 12PM - which is something I'll have to consider next time, yet again.
