Everything was delivered on a timely fashion, but I paid $72 for 6 balloons that are available at any local dollar tree and teddy bear available at any local Walmart.
I only continued the order because I was In a crunch, but the prices are way too high for the products that are being used.

I was very happy that the flowers arrived later in the evening. My sister had come home from work and received them shortly after! It was perfect timing. Also, they looked beautiful and she loved them!

Ordering was easy. The price for handling was a little steep but for same day delivery, it wasn't bad. The flowers were delivered quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the balloon that was supposed to be with the order was not with the flowers. I specifically chose the bouquet I did because it was supposed to come with the balloon. I would probably use the site again if I needed same day delivery again but I will try to plan ahead better next time.

Ordered flowers with balloon. The balloon was left off the order. When I called, I was told you could only refund the balloon portion. I said this was going to my 11 year old granddaughter and I needed the entire order delivered. I escalated to a manager who was able to arrange the delivery of the balloon...but 2 days late.
You need to tighten up your quality assurance program on the orders and deliver what the customer ordered and paid for without argument...that's basic good customer service.
Once again, i'm pleased with ordering. Flower, etc on your site..

Payed extra for same day deliver and the flowers showed up three days later I feel I should have gotten a credit.
