Very very disappointed with the arrangement. Suppose to be spring flowers. Too much red and too many carnations. Putting in pink lilies does not make it spring. Guessing that you do forget that is so easy for the recipient to send photo of what was sent. Will not be using or recommending your services again! 65 dollars down the drain. Could have asked the recipient to buy a 24 dollar bouquet which would have been nicer and color matched.

The arrangement was supposed to be 16" tall and what was delivered was about 11" tall and looked very different than the picture online. For the price I expected a much nicer arrangement.
I think you do quite well except for the handling charges are too high.
