According to the recipient the flowers are beautiful. They were delivered quickly. The only thing I have am less than happy with is the shipping and handling fees. They seem very high.

We sent an expensive bouquet to our daughter to celebrate a great success. They didn't deliver on time and the size was so small as to be embarrassing. For the cost of $79 + I expected something bigger than a salad plate in diameter. Sad - wanted to send something special and feel like we failed.
Easy steps to walk thru...lots of flowers to choose from. This was my experience ordering.
Then the flowers were delivered and nothing like the photo flower arrangement I picked.
There was 3 different flowers missing in the flowers delivered versus what I order,

The only thing that upset me was the fact my order had to be changed because didn't have my flower...n the fact the page say 20 something for flowers then at check out it's almost 50

The picture of the flowers I ordered and what was received was different. The reason I choice this particular bouquet was because I liked the intensity of the colors shown. The bouquet my daughter received had a lot of small white daisy type flowers. I did not want any white flowers at all in her bouquet and I wanted to keep it bright and cheery. I understand that you do have to substitute flowers from time to time but to change the color pallette isn't acceptable in my mind.
I was really disappointed for what the end product was when I was sent a picture of the bouquet that was delivered versus what I was expecting from the picture on the website. For upgrading to a larger bouquet, what was delivered was not good quality and much smaller than expected. I realize what is available for deliveries may not be 100% available, but it was much smaller and had only 2 sunflowers and was quite disheveled looking. The raffia ribbon was not neatly put on the vase like in the picture, it was just random and messy. For the extra price of upgrading the bouquet, it should have been bigger with more quality flowers and the arrangement was very unorganized and sticking out all over the place. I appreciate the delivery time and thankful that the person receiving it was grateful for the gift, but I am really disappointed in the quality with the cost of the arrangement. Not sure if I will order flowers again this way, only time will tell. Very disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
