My wife received the daffodils and loved them!
Out of town milestone birthday delivery. Recipient was pleasantly surprised. Ordered flowers and a cookie cake at the same time. Flowers came early midmorning and the cookie cake in the afternoon.
Good shopping experience. The shopping experience was smooth and easy, no problems with payment upon check out. But the delivery is very poor. The timings were anywhere from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. The cake only got delivered at 5.45 pm, which in my opinion, was not a good delivery drop off for the cake.
Order was received a day after the guaranteed date after the extra price was paid for.

The service is great and although this year I have sent a few arrangements to family members I do not normally. It would be nice if you offered a free delivery every 3rd or even 5th time and if credits earned stayed on the account regardless of the amount of time since the last time you used the service. Otherwise the flowers and plants I have ordered have been great quality and the recipients have been very happy.
Well delivery was timely HOWEVER the arrangement received was VERY different from what was actually ordered so that was a big disappointment. I probably wouldn't purchase from them again!
It was easy and the prices were good too. If it is possible, please deliver around 4:00 p.m. tomorrow.

The flowers I ordered for my mom's birthday turned out to be just as beautiful as in the photo. I had some questions regarding the service fee as I thought it was a bit much. But after conveying my concerns on the company website I received back a very prompt and explanatory message from a customer service representative. Seems that 14.99 is a pretty standard service fee and covers the fees incurred in finding a florist in your area and whatever other incidentals that come up in completing the order.
I am left feeling very satisfied with this experience.
