First time ordering...so may be 5 stars if the flowers and gift impress me when delivered. 2 days later... received my order on time and overall very pleased. I will keep my rating at 4 srars, because... I ordered the custom vase with our picture on it...however it is not really a custom vase...but instead a print of our picture that was coiled inside the vase for viewing...if I knew that, I would not have spent the $12.95... as I was under the impression it was a "white" vase with our picture printed on it, permanently...like a printed coffee mug, etc. Could have printed our picture myself and stuck it inside the vase and saved the money! So, buyer beware! Otherwise, everythjng else was just fine.
I have been very satisfied with your service in the past and will continue to do so.

Flower birthday "cake" unique and gorgeous, Godiva chocolate, same day delivery, colorful and beautiful wrappings as well. Mom absolutely loved it! Great communication with delivery person.

Quick, inexpensive & easy
The arrangement is nice; however, I expected the bamboo to be live or at least freshly cut and green as in the picture and not dried bamboo. The whole "zen" order was based on the bamboo.

The flowers that were sent we barely even blossomed. They were sent for sympathy but I don't feel I was able to express my sympathy with the way the arrangement looked. I would have been satisfied with the price if the flower arrangement actually looked like the advertised picture but definitely not worth the money after what was received.

The ease of shopping on the site was very easy to navigate with plenty of pictures. The delivery was on time and fast. The flowers were received without much damage to them. Overall it was an ok experience I felt the flowers I sent could have been a little bigger like what I have seen of the image on the site. I ordered the biggest one they offered but felt I received the middle size. The flowers were beautiful just a couple broken and dead ones toward the bottom. The price was a bit high for me if it was bigger like the image then I would be ok with it. Chances on buying again is not certain.
Third time I have ordered and and my flowers were delivered in a timely manner...my friends were very pleased with their flowers...
