Nowhere to edit delivery city & zip. Had to start order over. It would be nice to have a 'Notes' box for relaying msgs to you before delivery. I really would have liked the delivery on Friday (3/22) around 9am but there wasn't a place to indicate a specific delivery time so I'm having the delivery done the day before to make sure it's there on time. I'll call the school office and have them hold it til Friday. This extra feature would have been nice to add onto your order form.

Ordered around 6:30 am and delivered before 12 pm! Looked great and did the trick to cheer up the recipient!
Yes you offer it for $31.99 and then will we get to the point that we actually are paying then you charge 15 extra dollars for a handling it you're scamming people I out of their money but this for my grandmother's in a different state so hopefully the flowers are pretty and you don't just leave them at the front door but we won't ever be using you again!
There was NOT the picture I supplied on the vase.
The on line ordering was very easy to use. My sister lives out of state so I haven't see the flowers but she said they are pretty.
The basket was nothing like the picture. Filled with fruit and other items that looked from the dollar store. Processed cheese also the balloons I ordered were small and deflated. I was extremely embarrassed as this was sent to a business as a Birthday gesture. I called and complained and what cost me 86$ they were only able to refund 18$.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
