Most of my first experience went great. I got a picture of the flowers that were delivered (on-time) and they looked gorgeous!...as pictured. I even had to change my delivery date, after placing my order, because the recipient wasn't going to be home from the hospital yet, and they were very flexible and accommodating via chat. The only minor setback was when I tried to pay for the order through Amazon. After logging in, it would not load the next page (using my i-phone), so I had to enter a new form of payment. I would definitely order from you again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
