This is my sixth order in six weeks since I found your site. I have to say my last order did not meet my expectations. The Deluxe arrangement shown on your site was not the what my friend received. Her arrangement was sparse, not full as shown.
The on-line order process was very easy and the flowers were delivered to the funeral home on time. But it was not what I was expecting. The picture shown on the website was one of beautiful white flowers. I requested them in a basket. What I received were several multi-colored flowers in a small basket. The description did say "trust our experts to put together a beautiful sympathy bouquet". However, I must admit that the young woman that brought in a beautiful vase filled with large fresh cut flowers from the local grocery store and put them in a dollar store vase was so much more beautiful--and less than half the price ($15 total including vase!). What a smart young lady--she picked out the flowers and eliminated the delivery fee. Pretty smart. My little basket of flowers were lost next to that tall vase of beautiful flowers.
Only issue I have Is that the flower vase was not a mason jar. The vase sent is still pretty but wasn't close to the mason jar

My friend sent me the picture of the flowers and I felt very embarrassed. The flowers in the pictures had 6 roses, 6 lilies and at least 4 carnations the one which my friend received had 2 lilies, 2 roses and 4 carnations. Now I am wondering how the other flowers which I used this web site to send looked like. I never saw a picture of them.
I have an email from you dated Sep 4,2018 stating that I have earned $11.77 credit. When I called to ask where I should enter this amount on my currant order, I was told "Oh that was last year". There is nowhere an expiration date. Thank you for letting me express my disappointment. Yes, 2018 was last year, but until today that is only 7 months.
From the photo of the flowers that the recipient sent me, I noticed that there were no irises. They were substituted by other purpelish looking flowers. That took away the contrast effect with red roses. It does not match the picture on the display window of the computer. I was disappointed.

I was disappointed with the size of the arrangement. It appeared that I received the middle sized option even though I paid for the premium size. It seems that because I used a coupon that reduced the price for a premium arrangement to the deluxe price the florist gave me the deluxe arrangement.
