Delivery was very quick and on time. Gentlemen was very kind.
I was disappointed in the bait and switch. I was going to order flowers but, I changed my mind. Then I got sent free shipping so I was going to order again but, then it took of the store wide discount. How can they do that!? The free shipping was supposed to make you come back and it wasn't that great of a deal!
I was sent pictures of the flowers and there were less flowers than in the picture. I paid for the best package. I was not impressed with that. They were beautiful and, my aunt loved them but, very disappointed!
It was great, fast and easy. She was very surprised and so happy when she got them! The quality of the flowers was great!

Just an FYI... I received an email that said it was handed to recipient. It was on my porch when I returned home. Also, the package was partially open, although nothing was disturbed inside. I love the product, however!

I will let you know after I see the product. The fruit was very fresh. I thought the price was high but it was worth it since I couldn't get into Charlottesville to purchase it myself.
I started out with a $25 bundle and was forced to buy a $60 because "the 25 wasn't available in that location " which makes no sense. If you are available there then your product should be also.

EASY, SIMPLE, AND CONVENIENT...with ordering the deluxe package I expected a few more stargazer lilies. It seemed rather small... but it was presented nicely and they will have the angel plaque as a cherished memory...
This time was easier but as of my prior experience yesterday I really wasted my time id I did not receive the discount in the email I would have never come back, as it all ready was I had to find another gift for the other person so you only got 1 order this time
Flowers were supposed to arrive Saturday March 30 2019 didn't arrive until Tuesday April 2nd after a chat with your customer service rep these were sent for Condolences to a cousin who lost her mom my aunt. So I was upset that I had to deal with tracking down the delivery. Will not use your company again. Also still have not received a call or reply from your company like your rep said would happen after they find out why flowers were not delivered on Saturday like expected.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
